He was snapped up in only a few hours on Etsy. I am excited he sold so quickly, but sad to see him go.  A little part of me was hoping nobody would see his potential, so I would have an excuse to keep him (where to put him would be another matter).

I also sold a little teacup yesterday. It is a really pretty buttercup yellow. I did think of painting the dining room that color but decided it wouldn’t go with the light. So I am going with a much paler yellow which all my friends hate but I am sticking to my guns. I want a “formal” dining room, with upright coloring (!), even if my children spoil the fantasy by getting up every 2 minutes from the table. Maybe I could tie them to their chairs? It worked for the Victorians... *
